The weather of Cebu is predominantly divided into two seasons; the dry and the wet season. There is no particular best time to visit Cebu. Alternatively, visitors also have the cheaper albeit a lot more inconvenient options for hiring a Jeepney or traveling by ferry.

Cebu is one of the biggest ports in the Philippines. If you are traveling from nearby Cebu namely Manila, Butuan, Zamboanga etc. you can travel by ferry to Cebu.
